We are engineers by trade and we have a heart for serving people. We have a non-profit where we make STEM Kits to inspire students to innovate.
Our now customers knew we had manufacturing capabilities because of our experience making high quality custom STEM kits and over a decade of combined engineering experience. They came to us during Covid saying "It's taking 8-10 weeks for us to get these parts and since they're custom they cost a ton and we don't have the expertise or want the expertise to make them. Can you help us?" And we said yes and delivered on time, under budget and with higher quality.
Now we drive innovation.
By saving companies time and money going from design to quality end use parts.

Our Founders
Brent Gaddis II is the Co-Founder and CEO of Redtail Innovations. He has a passion for making stuff and helping others. He has a stong background in electrical and mechanical engineering (B.S. University of Central Oklahoma), and contributes 8 years of aerospace industry electrical engineering experience. His expertise spans design, analysis, control systems, RF, and testing. Additionally, he provides 9 years of 3d printing and 6 years of renewable energy experience, demonstrating his capacity for innovative problem-solving and interdisciplinary application of engineering principles.

Sa'cha Sells is the Co-Founder and COO of Redtail Innovations. She has a passion for turning ideas into reality. She brings a robust background in chemical engineering (B.S., University of Oklahoma) complemented by an Industry 4.0 graduate certification from MIT. Her 4 years of experience in process engineering for plastic and vinyl extrusion and her experience in the automation of precise chemical mixing and product development for medical devices provide a strong foundation for solving advanced problems.
