Order Processing & Lead Times

Redtail Guard Products: Because Redtail Guard products are custom-made, please allow a 4 to 6 business day lead time for processing and production before your order ships.
Prototypes & General Items: Orders are processed in the order they are received and dispatched promptly following production readiness.

Production & Large Volume Orders

For production runs, large-scale custom builds, or volume orders, shipping fees are not subject to standard checkout rates. Delivery and freight options will be custom-priced and quoted based on weight, dimensions, and destination prior to order fulfillment.

Tracking & Delivery Details

Order Tracking: Once your package leaves our facility in El Reno, OK, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Local Delivery: Faster local delivery is available for select regional locations surrounding El Reno, OK. Applicable local delivery fees will display during checkout.
Damages & Carrier Delays: Redtail Innovations is not liable for carrier shipping delays, weather interruptions, or lost packages once items are transferred to the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier handover.
